FOR USA ORDERS

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

  • When you return your purchase to warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Alternatively you can request an exchange as well.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. Send an email to support@skyfit.com
  2. Indicate which items you are returning / exchanging
  3. Our customer support will send you instructions and return label.
  4. Seal up the box and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.

Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally, we instead offer a full money refund.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

    Note: If there is a problem with the quality of the product, we will fully pay for the shipping costs incurred when the item is returned or exchanged. Except in special cases, if the customer wishes to return an item, the customer will pay for the shipping costs of returning the item.
